Shipping costs are calculated based on the service you choose to ship with (standard, expedited or express), order weight, and shipping address.
You can use the shipping estimator at checkout to find the least expensive shipping method.
Orders over $50.00 (after applying discounts) are eligible for pick up from Dallas, TX warehouse.

Order Processing: Most confirmed retail orders are processed within 1-5 business days. (Confirmed orders are those that are ready to ship and do not have any unresolved issues such as payment issues, incorrect shipping address or unavailable items.)
Expedited Shipping: Orders with express & expedited shipping services are processed and shipped in the same day if we get them before 12 noon central time. (FedEx/UPS Ground, 3 days select and USPS International services are NOT expedited services. Holidays and weekends are excluded).
Unforeseen Delays: Noorart will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.
Holiday Shipping: During the holidays, please be aware that the shipping might be delayed. We apologize for the inconvenience and wish you happy holidays!
Overseas Customs and Duties: Overseas customers are responsible for any customs clearance, taxes, duties, and ROD/Advancement fees imposed by their country's regulations on shipments.
